Sir Keir Starmer will be Labour's shortest-serving PM
Despite his government being elected with a huge majority of 172 in July 2024, Sir Keir's support base was described as "wide but shallow".
Sky presents presents a very nice chart that shows Margaret Thatcher as the leading post-war PM in terms of time in office.
At least she got things done. You might not have agreed with them but no-one could call her a 'ditherer'.
Only 4 other PMs have been in office for fewer days than Starmer and that includes Liz Truss at 49 days.
The worrying thing is that he was elected with a 'huge majority' but still failed as a PM.
The right thing to do is to call a general election as Labour's manifesto pledges are in tatters.
