Sky News reports on Trump's invite to Putin to attend the next G20 meeting:
Asked whether the Europeans will be pushing back on the US invitation to Russia, Kallas said the matter is still "very fresh".
"We need to discuss this together with colleagues, but it's clearly, I think, the wrong path to normalise people who are starting wars, who are going against the UN charter, who are killing and giving orders to kill civilians, to ignore the international humanitarian law, to cause as much damage and suffering to people that they can," she added.
"By normalising this, believe me, we will have more of it around the world."
This woman lives in La-La land. Her whole statement is simply delusional.
We have already had more of it around the world in case she hasn't noticed this in beautiful, downtown Tallinn.
Gaza, Iran, Venezuela and Yemen are just three recent examples.
With the Gazacide still raging on and having killed far more civilians than the Ukraine conflict, Kallas is still yapping on about Russia.
Presumably this is because Gaza is not on Europe's border, they are all towel-heads anyway and Kallas has forgotten about all the wars started that were not UN approved that have been initiated in the last few decades but not by Russia.
What EU 'diplomats' do not seem to be able to understand and Trump clearly does is that you can't solve a conflict like Ukraine by isolating people and not talking to them.
This is the diplomacy of the playground and most adults grow out of it. Even Trump has.
It's like diplomacy 101.
But then Kallas is not a diplomat.
She presumably thinks that the EU occupies the moral high-ground as it has not started any wars since it does not have an army (much as it would like to have one).
But that moral high-ground does not exist given that through its sanctions regime (i.e. economic war), billions of funding to the Ukrainian regime and supply of weapons to kill Russians, the EU is clearly waging a proxy war against Russia, which surely, Ms. Kallas, is a dangerous precedent to 'normalise'.
