Bubblyotherapy

The new route to positive mental health

A new craze is taking off to help people maintain their well-being: Bubblyotherapy!

Bubblyotherapy - aka drinking lots of bubbly alchohol - has been known for years to make people happier but now it has become a 'creative' pursuit where a tailored recommendation of bubbly is offered with the aim of improving mental health.

Scottish bubblyotherapist, Rab C Nesbitt, has this advice for those considering bubblyotherapy:

Stop messin' wi yer heed, make time for a brew.

Good advice.

Rab's bubblyotherapy activity of choice is a skinful of Tennants lager down the Clansman finished off with a plate of pie and beans and a curry followed by a noisy nap.

Bliss!
