The BBC reports:
The ringleader of a Rochdale grooming gang that targeted girls as young as 12 has been released from prison.
Shabir Ahmed, 73, who was known as 'Daddy' by his victims, was jailed for 22 years in August 2012 for a raft of child sexual offences including rape.
Ahmed has only served two thirds of his sentence and was stripped of his British citizenship when he went to prison.
So the question is: what UK visa is he on now?
He's not a citizen and he's a convicted felon so which UK visa is he actually eligible for?
Nobody seems to be asking this question.
