It Was or It Wasn't

That is the question.

The Dissident also reports on the Azov 'detention centre':

Ukrainian Regime Imprisons Medic Who Exposed Azov Torture Chamber.

The Western Backed Ukrainian Regime Has Prosecuted The Heroic Medic Who Exposed Neo-Nazi Torture Chamber.

Note the conclusion of this report:

Those still supporting the Ukraine proxy war, and Western backing of it, in reality, are not supporting the people of Ukraine, but supporting a corrupt proxy government of the EU, UK, and US, which is in bed with Neo-nazi militias, and is forcibly drafting its own people into a war they don’t want to fight, torturing them if they refuse, and jailing them if they speak out, all at the behest of their Western sponsors who want to use the people of Ukraine as cannon fodder to weaken Russia.

And one of the few comments:

Investigative journalists from Ukrainian outlets like NV and Suspilne verified that Moloda was involved in an attempt to organize anti-mobilization protests in central Kyiv. Those protests were linked to an information campaign pushed by Russian state media (such as Life.ru and Gazeta.ru), calling for immediate capitulation and peace negotiations on Moscow's terms. While Moloda presented herself as a doctor arriving via a functional private ambulance from the "Med-Prestige" clinic, investigators discovered that the clinic had ceased operating years prior. The original owner of the ambulance stated he had sold the vehicle, and Moloda was not authorized to use the medical branding.

As usual in Ukraine, the whole thing is murky, but the question is not about smearing Moloda but this:

Were the Azov running an illegal detention centre that was maltreating its 'inmates' or not?

That is the question.
