Prepping for Putin

WW3 tips from the Daily Mail

The Daily Mail reports:

How to prepare for WWIII, by the middle-class mums prepping for Putin: Forget pasta and beans. It's all about wine and wood. This is exactly what you need to be buying, freezing and doing to your home NOW to get ready for war.

FNN has some alternative advice:

1. Stop reading MSM newspapers that are full of nonsense

2. Stop watching MSM news channels that are full of nonsense

3. Dig a 'Putin Shelter' in your back garden to protect you from hypersonic missiles

4. Apply to Porton Down for a batch of Novichock antidotes

5. Oh ... and stock up on cucumbers as Russian soldiers like cucumbers

The Daily Mail really is a laugh a minute.

As one of the comments to this article rightly points out:

What’s the point? If WWIII does kick off, it will last seconds. That button will be pushed.

The wine will evaporate and the wood incinerate in a nuclear inferno. Haven't they read Annie Jacobsen's book Nuclear War: A Scenario?

But the Daily Mail is trapped in it's nostalgia for that WW2 'Blitz spirit' - the spirit that emerged when Brits during COVID fought for toilet paper at the front-line in Asda.

Interesting?
