Military Hubs

Investing in the wrong place

The UK has said it will invest £200 million in military hubs in Ukraine but clearly this investment is in the wrong place.

They should be ramping up NATO 'military hubs' in Greenland.

Otherwise, when the USA takes over Greenland the 'hard way', NATO will be in a pickle.

Article 5 should be triggered against one NATO country illegally annexing another.

But it won't be as there is a precedent for this kind of action: Turkey and Northern Cyprus in 1974.

NATO will just sit back and shut-up while the USA does what it wants and Denmark will go all 'hygge'.

Then, after a suitable time has elapsed, they'll all be congratulating Trump and begging to be included in the scramble for the Arctic to participate in the resource bonanza that could revive all their moribund local economies.

Yee-Haw!
