The upskirting camera was discovered embedded into a tube station escalator step and was apparently transmitting the pictures to a Japanese website named ahnopanties.jp (translated from Japanese).
Rab C Nesbitt, a spokesperson from the Scottish kilt-wearing regiment The Third Foot and Mouth, recently returned from service in the Khyber Pass, told FNN:
All this upskirting malarky is messin' wi' ma heed.

The Scottish soldiers are known to use this escalator regularly as the tube station is near their favourite London pub - The Clansman.
Why anyone bothers with upskirting with all the filth readily available online is a mystery but women should be able to walk about without some nutter shoving a camera up their skirt while they wait to go to the bathroom.
