UK police are trialling using drones as first responders to certain 999 calls.
The drones will be able to capture footage of a crime scene faster than other forms of response.
Special armed response drones will have a gimball mounted Gatling gun and be able to broadcast warnings to criminals, such as:
- Go ahead, make my day
- Dead or alive, you're coming with me
- Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
- Hasta la vista, baby!
It's a far cry from bobbies on the beat.
