Due Process Questioned

Huh?

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported that:

A federal appeals court denied the Trump administration's challenge to a court order to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was sent to a Salvadoran prison in error.

The WSJ highlighted the fact that...

The court ruling stated that the government is putting "residents of this country in foreign prisons" without due process.

And yet it was perfectly OK to put residents of foreign countries (i.e. non-Americans) in foreign prisons (i.e. Guantanamo) without due process and leave them to languish there for years.

Go figure.

Interesting?
