So here we are again.
Back in WW2 when allied 'terrorflieger' bombed Germany round-the-clock.
Passing over 'Freya' the German early warning radar system.
That was also 'terror by design'.
Ukraine bombs online shopping warehouses and Russia bombs shopping centers.
The truth is that all terror is always 'by design' so this is a meaningless phrase but it makes a good soundbite.
The EU is beginning to sound just like WW2 Germany every day.
