Piddington

Obviously a village full of right-wing thugs

The Daily Caller reports:

Plucky Village Declares Independence To Avoid Being Overrun By Male Migrants

A tiny village is taking a stand against its own government as it faces the threat of being overrun by migrants.

The couple hundred residents of Piddington, Oxfordshire, in the United Kingdom, voted July 4 for independence against the United Kingdom in a bid against authorities who are seeking to flood the area with illegal male migrants. The vote to separate passed in an overwhelming 96 percent majority.

This could be barmy Burnham's first crisis especially if other towns/villages follow suit.

The people of Piddington are not 'right-wing thugs'.

They are just fed-up with how government immigration policies are impacting their daily lives.

Essentially, the Home Office plans to locate a whole new 'asylum' village next door to Piddington that is some 4 times the population of the village itself.

This is quite clearly barmy.

What exactly are all these people going to do all day in the Oxfordshire countryside other than get a bus (if there is one) to Aylesbury, Bicester or Oxford and hang out there all day?

This kind of thing is why headlines like this appeared in relation to Sweden way back in 2024:

Sweden looks into the abyss

The Scandinavian nation of 10.6 million people is facing a national crisis because of its failure to successfully integrate record numbers of immigrants.

Unlike the people of Iran, under their brutal 'dictatorship', the people of Piddington have appealed to President Trump for help:

Piddington Parish Council Chairman Tim McNally said villagers decided that conventional petitions and protests were unlikely to change the government's decision.

"We want President Trump to know about this," McNally told the Daily Mail, arguing that residents felt they had exhausted traditional avenues of opposition.

Let's hope the village school is nowhere near the former airbase where the asylum center will be located.

'People facing up to politics': Village's stand against asylum centre The village of Piddington has "voted to leave the UK" in a symbolic referendum held in protest against a planned asylum seeker accommodation.
