Caitlin Johnstone reports:
No, We're Not Having The "It's Not Genocide" Conversation Anymore
It’s so undignified how Zionists keep trying to resurrect the “stop calling it a genocide” conversation about Gaza when every relevant human rights group on earth says that’s exactly what it is.
Whether you think it's a genocide or not, the whole exercise of a pro-Israel lobby group claiming that it isn't is just more nonsense narrative.
You just have to imagine that Gaza is Ukraine and Israel is Russia.
Imagine if a number of high profile humanitarian groups documented Russian war crimes in the Ukraine conflict and then a lot of pro-Russian 'personalities' signed a letter from some shady Russian propaganda group claiming there were no war crimes.
How do you think the MSM would treat this letter?
I can tell you.
They would be falling about themselves with laughter.
The signatories would be branded Putin's 'useful idiots'.
It would lead to dozens of stories detailing any alleged war-crimes just to make the point about how stupid such a letter would be.
The 'personalities' who signed the letter would be subject to online abuse and perhaps sanctioned by the EU or the UK.
Because everyone would think it's OK to be anti-Russian as after all, that's not comparable to being anti-semitic, because Russians are still thought of as some kind of 'untermenschen' living in 'darkened' homes (according to none other than the head of the UK's armed forces).
That's how double-dutch these genocide-deniers' nonsense really is.
