Goodbye Nigel

£72 million Golden Goodbye

Sky News reports:

Reform given record-breaking £72m by two crypto billionaires

The cash comes amid an unrelated criminal investigation into allegations Reform UK breached rules on political donations.

Most of the MSM and the two-party State were hoping that Reform was finished and Farage would disappear into the sunset after all the latest funding shenanigans but instead Reform gets a record breaking set of donations.

As Reform gets a few dollars more, Farage is like Clint Eastwood in the spaghetti westerns - you just can't get rid of him no matter how many gunslingers he's up against.

If these donations are in cryptocurrency then as any trading site will tell you 'your investment may go up or down and you may lose all your money.' But even 10% of £72 million would be worth having for Reform.

Hmmm. How come all these rich people banging on about climate change are not supporting the Green party with similar donations?

No surprise then that the two-party State is looking to ban crypto donations:

Some MPs last week backed measures on political donations including a cap on overseas donations at £100,000 and a suspension of funding through cryptocurrency, but the draft legislation still needs to be passed by the House of Lords.

"It can't go on like this. Andy Burnham needs to introduce a cap on political donations. Our democracy depends on it."

Maybe the cap should be zero or there should be a ban on donations from political lobby groups like the Trade Unions?

Expect a new football chant coming from the stands:

Nice one Nigel, Nice one son, nice one Nigel let's have another one!
