Missing Words

You might have thought that I was dumb/But I'm all wised up (The Selecter)

Sky News reports:

Recent strikes damaged 'vitally important' equipment near nuclear plant, UN agency says

Four military strikes in recent days have "threatened safety and security" at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, a UN agency has warned.

At the end of the report:

The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant - which is the largest in Europe - has been occupied by Russian soldiers since the early days of the war.

So the obvious word missing from both the headline and the report is this: 'Ukrainian' as in 'Recent Ukrainian strikes...'.

This means that anyone reading this headline and intial paragraphs might just think that the strikes were by Russia.

Only those who read to the end would then realise, hang on, Russia can't be striking its own troops?

Surely the MSM don't think we are that dumb and that we haven't wised up to their little tricks?

Interesting?
