Max is not happy when his mum announces they are going on holiday to Scotland. Boring! But it's at a loch by a remote croft that he meets Maggie, and where their adventures begin. Adventures that include space and time travel with a fast-talking Commander from the future. Maybe Scotland isn't so bad after all! This is a story for imaginative 6-9 year olds with an interest in space travel.
