  1. Your PHP backend calls Turso's Platform API.
  2. A brand-new Turso database is created just for you (takes 2–4s).
  3. A token scoped to that single database is minted.
  4. The mapping (your email → your database URL + token) is stored locally.
  5. From then on, every query you make goes to your database. Other users are invisible.
